Agentic engineering for owner-led businesses

Fix the workflow costing you leads, time, or control.

Start with a Systems Audit of one costly workflow. Coreform shows you what to repair, automate, connect, or leave alone, then implements the right fix with human approval and a clear handoff.

Get a clear recommendation before committing to a build. Keep human approval wherever judgment matters.

ROUTE 01 · COSTLY WORKFLOW CONTROLLED PATH

Example operating route

A lead should not wait for someone to notice.

Signal Validate Route Human gate Monitor
Low confidence Operator queue
The system handles the repeatable path. A named operator keeps control of judgment, exceptions, and consequential actions.

Hands-on systems work in the places small businesses lose momentum.

Coreform’s approach comes from four years spent building and operating lead routes, CRM workflows, agent systems, internal tools, and action queues in small-business environments.

  • Lead capture and follow-up
  • CRM workflow repair
  • Agent systems with approval controls
  • Internal dashboards and action queues

For businesses where demand has outgrown the way work moves.

You already have customers, a team, and software. But important work still waits in inboxes, depends on memory, or requires the owner to push it forward.

01

Good leads go cold before anyone owns the next step

Calls, forms, and quote requests arrive, but routing depends on someone noticing.

02

Your CRM says one thing while the team does another

Records are incomplete, stages drift, and the next accountable action is unclear.

03

Handoffs depend on someone remembering

Work moves between teams without a reliable owner, deadline, or exception path.

04

Your best people repeat work the business should have captured

Research, triage, drafting, and reporting consume expert time because the process is not captured.

Strong fit

Established demand, one recurring operating constraint, a decision-maker close to the work, and a named operator for handoff.

Not a fit

Standalone site, content, or chatbot work, unsupervised high-risk automation, or a workflow with no accountable owner.

Know what to fix before you invest in a build.

The Coreform Systems Audit maps one important workflow, identifies where time, information, or ownership breaks down, and gives you a clear decision: repair, configure, integrate, build, defer, or leave it alone.

01 · Coreform Systems Audit

Turn a costly operating problem into a clear decision.

See how work moves today, where it breaks, and which intervention is worth making.

Request a Systems Audit

Requests are reviewed for fit before any work begins.

By the end, you know

  • What is actually failing
  • What should change and what should stay
  • Where human approval must remain
  • What a focused first sprint should include, if implementation is justified

See the decision before the build.

A Systems Audit should make one operating problem legible. This illustrative example shows the decision structure an Audit produces. It uses no client data and is not presented as a completed engagement.

02 · Primary constraint

Ownership begins too late.

The CRM is not the first problem. Intake, assignment, and exception rules are undefined before the record reaches an operator.

03 · Audit decision

Repair + integrate

Keep the current CRM. Repair the route around it.

Validate the signal, assign a named owner at intake, and route exceptions to an operator. Add software only if the current stack cannot enforce the path.

First sprint, if justified
  • Validate intake
  • Assign ownership
  • Route exceptions
  • Monitor unowned inquiries

Install the smallest system that will hold up in real operations.

If a build is justified, that may include CRM repair, automation, AI-assisted triage, integrations, or a focused internal tool. Every implementation includes a named owner, defined permissions, validation, an exception path, and human approval where judgment matters.

Founder profile · Coreform Engineering

Engineering that stays close to the work.

Kahlil Padgham Founder and engineer

Kahlil Padgham founded Coreform after four years of building and operating practical AI systems in small-business environments.

The model is rarely the hardest part. The hard part is deciding who owns the next step, what the system may do, and what happens when it is wrong.

Three controls Coreform treats as part of the system, not optional polish.

  1. 01

    Ownership before automation

A repeatable path still needs a named person for judgment and exceptions.

  2. 02

    Permission before action

The system acts only within defined permissions, with approval where consequences matter.

  3. 03

    Handoff before scale

The operator receives the controls, escalation rules, and monitoring expectations needed to run it.

Questions about diagnosis, tools, and control

What happens in a Systems Audit?

Coreform maps one target workflow, identifies the primary constraint and ownership gaps, reviews the relevant tools, and recommends a build, buy, repair, integrate, defer, or leave-alone decision. When implementation is justified, the Audit also defines the first sprint scope.

Does every Audit lead to an Implementation Sprint?

No. Process repair, better configuration, a smaller integration, or no build may be the better decision. The Audit makes that decision before implementation begins.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Not by default. Coreform first identifies what should stay, connect, or be repaired, and what is genuinely missing. Replacement is recommended only when it is the stronger operating decision.

Will AI contact customers or change records on its own?

Not by default. External messages, production changes, financial actions, irreversible steps, and low-confidence decisions remain subject to agreed validation and human approval.

Show us where the work stalls.

Tell us what comes in, who handles it, where it waits or gets lost, and what should happen instead. Coreform will review the workflow and determine whether a Systems Audit is the right next step.
